Aunt Kristin and Uncle Nathan got married!

Hi everyone! This is Addy! Mommy said I could use the computer for a few minutes. I really like to push all of these buttons! I wanted to tell you about November 20th because my Uncle Nathan married my Aunt Kristin that day!
It was REALLY fun! Their wedding was at Silver Street Methodist Church in New Albany and the reception was at the Grand. It was very pretty. We all got dressed up too! Here are some pictures.

This is at the rehearsal. My Papaw played with me a lot there and during the wedding. I LOVE my Papaw!

This is the bride and groom!

I loved the pretty flowers.
I got all dressed up in a purple dress to match mommy and daddy. My fingers tasted especially good that day.
Mommy, Aunt Jenna, and Uncle Mikey were all in the wedding. Uncle Mikey was the best man and gave a very good speech. I missed it though because I was eating. Mommy still heard over the speakers.
Aunt Jenna said we looked like we were all related to Barney. I didn't know who she was talking about though. I guess I haven't met Barney yet. Mommy said I will like him a lot someday. We will see I guess.
This is my favorite picture. Daddy thought mommy looked REALLY pretty and mommy thought daddy was VERY handsome. hee hee!
We all had a lot of fun and the newlyweds are doing great! They are moving into their new house tomorrow!

6 Month Update

Judging by how busy things have been lately around here, I better go ahead and do Adalynn's 6 month update right now while I have a few free minutes! I would like to say our little lady is asleep (it's 9:42 pm and she's usually down by 9:00), but that is just not the case tonight. She's entertaining herself with toys in her exersaucer. :)

I would love to share her stats with you, but there is a pretty long story behind why she won't be going to the Dr. for a while... I called a week and a half ago to schedule her 6 month appointment. (I would have just went ahead and scheduled it while I was there for her 4 month, but didn't have my work schedule and it's always rotating.) Get this... the soonest appointment was on December 15th!?! I really had no idea you had to book a checkup so early in advance! Guess I know now! :) So, unfortunately, she will be almost 7 months at her 6 month checkup. Oh well, I'm nothing if not flexible!

Here are a few little fun facts about our precious little girl:

*She is now wearing size 12 month clothes!

*Still nursing well! I've really been struggling to keep my milk supply up. (I'm currently taking 2 different meds so I can keep nursing). This mommy is just not ready to quit yet! I love the special bond we have and would love to make it to 12 months. Fingers crossed that I can keep it up!

*She LOVES her bananas!

*She enjoys watching her Teletubbies DVD.

*She likes to be read to and sang to.

*She usually takes 2 naps a day.

*She loves sitting on daddy's shoulders because she thinks she's big stuff.

*She is wearing size 3 diapers but mommy thinks they are too tight on her legs and could stand 4's.

*Still no teeth! I keep thinking those babies will pop through in the bottom. One of these days they will. I'm really in no hurry for those though! :)

*She is sitting up (wobbly but hey, sitting is sitting.) :)

*She is reaching for EVERYTHING. She wants it ALL!

*She loves her doggy Brinklee, but tends to grab handfuls of her fur and doesn't let go. Brinklee is not quite as amused as Addy is by this.

*Mommy and daddy know how blessed they are to have such a happy, healthy, beautiful little girl. We thank the Lord everyday for her and our family.

Sitting Up

Our girl has started sitting up! Well... sort of! Mommy and daddy keep a hand close by because she is still pretty wobbly. She is doing great though and mommy and daddy are so proud!

As you can see, she doesn't have any pants on in these pictures! A girl's gotta get comfy sometimes when she's at home though! :)

New Photos with Our New Camera!

Grandma Adams

Uh oh! Did I just roll over something in my walker?

Scootin around in the kitchen! I love how she holds on like she's steering it!

Gotta love those cubby cheeks!

Heehee! I'm big stuff now!

Big girl eating in her high chair!

My daddy is so silly!

Busy, busy!

Wow! Time is flying and I'm behind on my posts! I can't believe it is already mid November! Here are some things that have been keeping us busy...

~ Our girl is 6 months old Wednesday (the day after tomorrow!) We CANNOT believe how fast
these 6 months have flown by.

~ My brother is getting married Friday!!!! Nathan and Kristin have been dating for 7 years.
Engaged for almost 3! It is definitely time! :)

~ We've been busy with wedding festivities and getting everything in order for the big day. I
am a bridesmaid (for the first time) and Nick is a groomsmen.

~ Adalynn will be sporting an adorable purple dress to match mommy and daddy!

More news coming soon! We bought a new camera and I have some very cute pictures of our little lady to share! Please forgive me for the blogging delay! :)

Adalynn Grace's First Halloween!

We had a great Halloween! Addy dressed as a Colts cheerleader. Mommy and daddy went as Colts fans!

Cheerleader and Bumblebee (Cousin Oliver)

She was very interested in Bumblebee

Mommy and the cheerleader (RAH RAH!)

The whole fam!

We even took her to a few houses trick-or-treating! As you can see, she wasn't too impressed and fell asleep in the stroller.

Splish Splash Addy's Taking a Bath

Our little girl has outgrown her tub that hooked on the sink. Here is her new tub! My mom's friend, Clara, gave it to me at a baby shower and it is so cute! Adalynn seems to like her big pink bathtime duck!
